Advantech MD1000L Combi Unit De-Duster + Lock Met-30+ Metal Detector Check

Combi de-duster and metal detector check unit suitable to work with tablet presses and capsule fillers - it is designed to be positioned directly at the outlet of the main machine to run in continuous mode with it.

Mounted onto a height and angle adjustable stand and fitted with Lock Met 30+ Metal Check Detector.

Lock Metal Detector is finished in mirror polished 316 grade stainless steel and Pharma grade contact surface (as well as other product contact parts in the entire unit), rated for up to 200,000 tablets or capsules per hour and comes fitted with aperture size: 9.5cm x 4cm

Advantech MD 1000L de-duster operates with a rotating drum screen while tablets or capsules are continuously moving through and travel on the spiral path, making it suitable for every production output. All components can be removed in just a few steps and without tools.

The tower design of this Advantech ensures gentle dedusting of tablets, capsules and similar products up to a maximum diameter of 20 mm (oblong 25 mm).

Comes fitted with a control for variable vibration amplitude.
