 Working Description

Fully integrated and built by C.E. King UK to work as one unit with Stainless Steel pharma grade construction throughout, this filling line was only occasionally used for short runs – therefore it is in excellent overall condition with low hours, well looked after and serviced on regular basis.

It includes King KT-320/4 Technofill automatic liquid gear pump liquid filler renowned for its mechanical precision built, pharma grade dose accuracy and product fill cleanliness.

Additionally equipped with a high-end pressure sensitive Harland Sirius labeller at the end of the line, as an extra – and included in the offer free of charge.

Technical Information

Maximum output for the line is up to 55 BPM (depending on the container size, liquid viscosity, fill volume, and capping solution).

Widely used in pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, cosmetic, beverage, and chemical industries. 

KT320/4 Technofill line - construction and build characteristics – what this line consists of:

• King US3 stainless steel rotary sorting and feeding table for empty bottles, model US3.

• King BB SCL/4 bottle sterilising - cleansing unit with 2 stations – blowing and suction – built into the conveyor between the feeding table and the filler.

• King KT320/4 Technofill 4-head positive displacement gear pump filler, allowing for repeatable accuracy and precise amount of liquid being moved with each pump revolution, equipped with gating system and pneumatic diving nozzles, integrated into King IL/KT heavy duty base unit.

• King Caps CS60 screw capper with automatic Pick and Place system for applying droplet inserts into bottles, suitable to run caps for standard and drop bottles, comes with vibratory cap sorting - feeding bowl (PDC / AS – to confirm) and integral variable speed through conveyor with Flexlink style slat belt.

• Harland Sirius single-sided and wrap-around fully automatic labeller with output up to 300 labels per minute (made in UK) – please see below link for the current Harland Sirius model - being considered Accraply Harland’s most accurate, versatile and efficient labelling system:

Suitable for following bottles / container sizes – height: 20mm to 350mm; width: 15mm to 200mm; max bottle DIA with full wrap-around: 100mm; machine is capable of handling following label sizes – label width / height: 13mm to 155mm, label length: 10mm to 330mm; max reel outer diameter: 400mm; nominal reel internal diameter: 76mm; machine is entirely constructed with prefabricated stainless steel frame, a support plate and mounting feet (PDC / AS to confirm stainless steel construction info).

• Interconnecting conveyors between all devices, fitted with with Flexlink style slat belts and stainless-steel guide rails – with adjustable speed, width and height from the floor.
